Physiotherapist

Originally from Montreal, Julie graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Diego California with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014 and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in 2012. She is also ICE certified: Older Adult through the Institute of Clinical Excellence. Julie has worked in home-health since 2016 and has 2 years experience working in occupational rehabilitation.

Kinesiologist

Alex is a dedicated Kinesiologist and Strength & Conditioning coach with extensive experience in helping individuals improve their movement, strength, and overall well-being. With a strong background in working with seniors, he specializes in injury recovery, chronic condition management, and functional fitness to enhance daily living and long-term health.

Kinesiologist

Meg completed her bachelors in Kinesiology from UVic in 2024. During her degree she acquired 4 years of teaching experience within the anatomy and physiology departments as well as clinical experience with injury rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Alongside her academics, she is a registered kinesiologist with BCAK, and holds an ICE certified in assisted stretching.
